CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- North Carolina?junior Theo Pinson had surgery on the broken fifth metatarsal in his right foot Wednesday in Charlotte.Coach Roy Williams said Dr. Robert Anderson of the Carolinas Medical Center was performing the surgery.
