The team sent pitcher Mike Bolsinger to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for cash considerations. The right-hander posted a 1-6 record with a 5.50 earned run average in 10 games, nine starts for the Diamondbacks in 2014. The 26-year-old made his major league debut in 2014 after being drafted in the 15th round of the 2010 MLB draft by the Diamondbacks. Sandoval Closing In John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle is reporting that the San Diego Padres have the highest offer on the table for Pablo Sandoval but the switch-hitting third baseman is leaning towards joining the Boston Red Sox. His report also states that San Francisco Giants assistant GM Bobby Evans spoke to Sandovals agent and the free-agent could make his decision before Thanksgiving.
