This year has been no exception, as we are rapidly motoring through the 2016 regular season; there are now just four weeks left in the fantasy football regular season as well.That means theres little margin for error going forward, so use the Week 10 waiver wire column to fill out your roster needs and march toward the postseason.Note: All players listed in this column are owned in less than 50 percent of leagues.Week 10 byes: Buffalo, Detroit, Indianapolis, OaklandRobert Kelley, RB, Washington Redskins (26.2 percent). In comments during his Monday news conference, head coach Jay Gruden positioned Kelley -- not Matt Jones -- as the teams current starting back. Jones missed the teams Week 8 game due to injury and has struggled with fumbles as a pro. Its unclear if this is a long-term evaluation or if Jones will be the feature back in the not-too-distant future. For now, however, Kelley should be owned in all leagues and could crack the top 25 of running back ranks for Week 10.DuJuan Harris, RB, San Francisco 49ers (31.4 percent). Lets start here: We dont know if Carlos Hyde will sit out in Week 10, but if he does, its clear that Harris will be the teams starting running back. He earned that job leading into Week 9 and played terrific, totaling 142 yards on 15 touches, including a receiving touchdown. If Hyde sits, Harris will be a borderline top 20 play in Week 10. He should be added in all leagues.Tim Hightower, RB, New Orleans Saints (39.8 percent). The Saints steamrolled the 49ers on the ground in Week 9, with Mark Ingram roasting them for 158 yards on just 15 carries. But Hightower actually led the team in rushes with 23 (he too found the end zone) and clearly has a role in this offense. He should be added by all Ingram owners and anyone in need of running back depth. Next up for the Saints is the Broncos, who currently rank 29th in the NFL with 128.6 yards per game allowed on the ground.Peyton Barber, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (12.1 percent). Its unfathomable how many injuries the Bucs have dealt with in their backfield this season. Antone Smith is now out for the season (while Doug Martin remains out, Charles Sims is on IR and Jacquizz Rodgers was not at practice on Monday), leaving Barber as the possible starter this Sunday. Well track the other backs in Tampa Bay throughout the week, but the possibility of Barber being a starter makes him an add in any size league.Kapri Bibbs, RB, Denver Broncos (4.4 percent). According to head coach Gary Kubiak, Bibbs could see more work in the Denver backfield, though Devontae Booker dominated the snaps in Week 9. So if you own Booker, theres an immediate need to go snatch Bibbs, while others who are in need of running back depth should also snag Bibbs. It seems unlikely right now, but if he ever became the starter in Denver, that would represent great value.Dontrelle Inman, WR, San Diego Chargers (5.2 percent). Inman, who leads the Chargers wide receivers in snaps played this season, could become a short-term top-two wideout for them in terms of production after Travis Benjamin left Sundays game early due to injury. Hes a solid player who would be in consideration as a top 30 WR play in Week 10 if Benjamin sits.Chris Ivory, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars (41.8 percent). The Jaguars have been disappointing this season, and Ivory has found the end zone just once, but the hope is that the ground game may have found something after his 18-carry, 107-yard performance in Week 9. He had a near touchdown ruled a fumble, but the six points would have altered the narrative on his week. I view him as an add in 12-team or larger leagues who could become more trustworthy if the Jaguars involve him as much in the next few weeks.Rishard Matthews, WR, Tennessee Titans (11.2 percent). Matthews has come on late with five touchdowns over his past five games (he has failed to score just once in that stretch) and is entrenched in a steady role in Tennessee. Hes the Titans most reliable wide receiver and can be added in any size league. Hes already on the flex radar for 12-team or larger leagues.Bilal Powell, RB, New York Jets (48.2 percent). A frequent name on this list, Powell should be moved north of the 50 percent barometer needed to no longer qualify. Hes a steady PPR option as a flex play in deeper league and an invaluable handcuff for any Matt Forte owners.Lance Kendricks, TE, Los Angeles Rams (19.1 percent). Kendricks has been busy over the last three weeks, as he has rattled off 19 catches on 29 targets. He should have had his second touchdown in three weeks in Week 9, though a careless drop cost him the score. Nonetheless, hes a reasonable option for someone looking to stream the tight end position or with a struggling starter.James Starks, RB, Green Bay Packers (18.3 percent). The Packers back isnt fully healthy yet, but he appears to be getting close to a return. Ty Montgomery has played really well as a converted back, but Starks should be on the radar for a running back-needy owner in deeper leagues. He has been out since Week 5 of the regular season.Chris Conley, WR, Kansas City Chiefs (1.1 percent). Well see if Jeremy Maclin is forced to sit out Week 10s game versus Carolina due to a groin injury, and if he does, theres a vacancy at the top of the Chiefs wide receiver depth chart. Its hard to determine if Conley, Tyreek Hill or Albert Wilson ought to be the top pickup among the Chiefs wideouts, but well cast our vote for Conley because he has had the steadiest workload of the trio (38 targets through eight games compared to 54 for Hill and Wilson combined).Marqise Lee, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars (3.3 percent). The Jaguars have three receivers that are within a yard of each other for the most on the team, which is another way of saying that Lee has been nearly as productive as both Allens (Robinson and Hurns). While both Robinson and Hurns came with preseason expectations, Lee has been a pleasant surprise and should be considered in deeper leagues with PPR scoring. He has had at least 12 PPR points in half of the teams games this season.Dion Lewis, RB, New England Patriots (30.2 percent). The analysis on Lewis hasnt changed: adding him now is for the possibility that he re-emerges in a role comparable to the one he had before a torn ACL ended his 2015 season. James White has been so solid for New England, but Lewis is unquestionably worth the look-ahead add to your roster.Ronnie Hillman, RB, Minnesota Vikings (3.4 percent). Looking for another stashworthy running back? Hillman would be my choice, as he saw his most extensive action for the Vikings in Week 9 (seven carries) and dashed for 30 total yards. The Vikings recently had an offensive coordinator switch, something that can lead to players seeing more (or less) time. If you have a flexible bench spot in a deeper league, Hillman is worth the speculative add.Tyreek Hill, WR, Kansas City Chiefs (11.8 percent). I mentioned Hill a bit earlier in relation to the Chiefs top wideout role. While I prefer Conley to Hill as the steadier play, Hill has upside that is tough to ignore. Hes a deeper-league add that you hope finds the end zone, something he has done in three of his past five games. His speed is incredible.Paul Perkins, RB, New York Giants (4.2 percent). He matched Rashad Jennings workload in Week 9, as each player saw 11 carries and three catches. The Giants running game is a mess right now, but Perkins would be an add-and-stash to secure for the possibility that he usurps Jennings starting role.
