South Africas Francois Hougaard has been awarded another Olympics bronze medal after he gave his away to injured teammate Seabelo Senatla.Hougaard was a late call up to South Africas bronze medal-winning side after Senatla injured his wrist on day two of the mens sevens at Rio 2016. With Senatla watching on from the stands, Hougaard played in their playoff win over Japan and ended up being awarded a medal.But before he departed for South Africa the following day, he gave his medal to Senatla feeling he deserved it as he had played in the World Sevens Series and was originally in the squad.And his act of generosity has now seen a replacement medal handed to him thanks to the work of various figures from Team SA and Rio 2016.This is a wonderful surprise and something I really didnt expect, said Hougaard.
