LINCOLN, Neb. -- Nebraska wide receivers coach Keith Williams was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after a car crash involving two vehicles early Sunday.According to a Lincoln Police accident report, the 45-year-old Williams blood-alcohol level was at least 0.15, twice the legal limit of 0.08, and the report showed he had two prior DUI convictions.
