Red Bull boss Christian Horner is surprised Ferrari has requested the stewards look into the penalty handed to Sebastian Vettel in Mexico.Ferrari has re-opened the controversy from the Mexican Grand Prix, which saw Vettel handed a ten-second penalty (dropping him from third to fifth) for moving under braking while defending position. He was penalised under what has become known as the Max Verstappen rule, after an amendment made to the rules in Austin to clamp down on Verstappens tactic of moving into the path of another car.Though it seemed like the matter was closed coming to Interlagos, on Thursday Ferrari released a statement asking for the stewards to revisit the case after a number of new elements came to light, though the team has not revealed what those are. Horner thinks Ferrari risks setting a dangerous precedent for future cases.Speaking to Sky Sports, Horner said: Im a bit surprised that its come about. I dont know what the new evidence is but it must be fairly compelling. Ferrari must think its fairly strong.Maybe theres some new evidence you never know that might come about Maxs penalty. Maybe well get him back on the podium or maybe well have another look on Monaco or some of the other racesIts fairly strange to be going back like this. You shut the book on it, you have to accept what the referees decisions are and move on.Horner thinks the sport has too many rules preventing the drivers from properly racing.?Its almost that you have a rule that drivers are not allowed to race because were regulating so much. And so much fuss has been made over Maxs moves that they may come up and theyre putting more regulations. And obvisouly theyve applied these regulations and penalties have been given. I think the rules are too confusing for us competitors to know what is legal and what is not, let alone how on earth you convey that to the fans. The penalty demoted Vettel behind both Red Bulls, with Daniel Ricciardo inheriting third and Verstappen moving into fourth. Verstappen himself had lost his podium position for a ten-second time penalty for not giving up third position to Vettel after going off track and gaining an advantage.? LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Nebraska volleyball team motto in 2015 was Dream Big, and the Cornhuskers won the national championship.Coach John Cook showed up at media day Monday wearing a T-shirt that read Dream Bigger. So how do you top a national title? This group has yet to win the Big Ten. No (Nebraska) teams ever won back-to-back national championships, Cook said. So those are the ways this team will be judged and what were going for.The Huskers, who finished 32-4 and were second behind Minnesota in the Big Ten, are set up to make another title run. They return first-team All-America outside hitter Kadie Rolfzen and her twin sister, second-team All-America middle blocker Amber Rolfzen, along with the Big Ten defensive player of the year in libero Justine Wong-Orantes. They also have back the NCAA Championship Most Outstanding Player in outside hitter Mikaela Foecke and starting setter and team captain Kelly Hunter. The Huskers have experienced newcomers in middle blocker Briana Holman and outside hitter Andie Malloy. Holman was a 2014 first-team All-American at LSU and is eligible after sitting out last season because LSU didnt grant her a scholarship release. Malloy, a graduate transfer from Baylor, was a two-time All-Big 12 first-team selection. Its a new season, new year, new team, Wong-Orantes said. We have a lot of returners, but esssentially its a new team with the addition of freshmen and Bri being able to play.ddddddddddddYet the Huskers, who won the national title in Omaha before record-setting crowds, arent afraid to loudly state their goals of winning the programs first Big Ten title championship since 2011 and playing for another national title, this time in Columbus, Ohio.We had to set that out there so we didnt rest on, `OK, we won the national championship in Omaha. Great, lets go on cruise control, Cook said. We have to set the bar higher, to go after something, to motivate them. Thats how we roll.Nebraska was among nine Big Ten teams that made the NCAA Tournament last year, with the Huskers and Minnesota reaching the semifinals. The Big Ten is harder to win than the national championship because its over 10 weeks, Cook said.Kadie Rolfzen said the Huskers could have an advantage in conference play because of their depth of experience. That can go a long way for the majority of us who have played in the Big Ten, she said. Were going to have players who have played against the Big Ten for three or four years. Other teams will have some new players. We know the grind, day-in and day-out, and what it takes to get to the top. ' ' '
