NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee right guard Chance Warmack will have surgery to repair a torn tendon in a finger on his right hand, and the Titans plan to place him on injured reserve.Coach Mike Mularkey said Wednesday Warmack chose to have surgery and would have to play with his hand wrapped like a club if he returned. The coach says its tough to play Warmacks position with a club on your hand, making it likely Warmack will miss the rest of the season.The 10th overall draft pick out of Alabama in 2013, Warmack has started all 48 games hes played. The Titans did not pick up his $11.9 million option for 2017.Mularkey says a decision on Warmacks replacement will come later this week.
